Creating your online order

Having entered the order section, please use only the navigation button provided within the pop-up window.
Do not use your browser's back button.

Enter the telephone number of the line you wish to be converted including STD code. It can take up to 3 minutes to search the databases of all BT telephone numbers so please be patient.

Choose the product range you require.

If the telephone line to be converted is an ISDN line, you will have to inform the system of the need for a conversion. Please note that in converting from ISDN to ADSL Broadband your line will be converted back to a standard analogue line with a single telephone number. Only the number you entered on the start page will be retained, the others will be discarded.

Most users will require NAT. Unless you have clear reasons otherwise DO NOT order the NO-NAT option.

You must download, open and print out the direct debit mandate. Please complete the form including the ADSL telephone number and username chosen and post to the address on the top of the form.

When choosing a username, please bear in mind that this will form part of your email addresses.

All Entanet email addresses are of the following type:

name@username.entadsl.com

The username section is that chosen on the online order entry.
